and one month after that I received again another text message from this company telling me I should be at home next morning for scheduled services. After that incident there was no phone calls, no text messages. Instead I received a phone call from the company around 4pm asking me if they could go around 6pm to my house to do the service, obviously I refused that. What a surprise on the weekend I was waiting for these people on the morning as per my schedule but the guy didn't show up. Long story short I talked with the supervisor and he got me schedule for the weekend. all her reply was they will charge my cc and I should read the small letters on the contract. Then I said they cannot send me a short notice (just one day in advance) to let me know that and also I cannot adjust my time to them, I am the client!. So I called them to tell I couldn't do because 'hello!' I am working and I need to reschedule for a weekend, the lady replied the next two weekends were already taken and they cannot reschedule for more than two weeks. For the second visit (after one month) one day in the middle of the week, around 3pm, I received a text message from this company telling me they will be next day in my house at the morning for a second service. Initial visit was not a big deal and they charged the amount as offered.

On June a Salesperson knocked on my door, he was very professional and promised the world at a big discount, but unfortunately it wasn't true! O and to the company representatives please do not reply asking how can you help, sorry for the experience etc donвЂ™t want to hear it!!!!Д«EWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY CHARGE A LOT MORE THAN THEY OFFER. They are not allowed back in our subdivision. Some of you might have had a great experience and that is good as for me and a couple more of my neighbors we all got the same. In the end they still tried to charge me telling me they will send me to collections lol.try it if you want and good luck!!! I have all documentation. I told them if they want to get paid charge the lying door representative as part of training and I bet you wonвЂ™t have upset customers because the door rep would not lie knowing he can get money taking out his check. They would not cancel the service kept trying to set me up for something cheaper. Funny after my two weeks I get a call telling me that I owe, later come to find out he actually set us up for services we never requested. Was sent emails about a bill still tried calling no answer. I called within two weeks, kept going to a voicemail to leave a message no one called back had to do a chat to have a recording showing that I did contact them. At least the reps that come to your home to do the work tell you whatвЂ™s really up. I promise you wonвЂ™t be charged anythingвЂќ When the servicer came out the following day he told us that we need to cancel in two weeks because we will be charged he also told us that the company does this to a lot of people when they donвЂ™t get enough business and meet quotas. вЂњ Please I am about to get off and I need to meet my last two quotas and I really need you and your neighbor help. He then said he would let us try it out for 30 days no charge and they will come back in 30 days to do a follow up. After us telling him NO we donвЂ™t want service 15 times. The kid that solicit for business in the neighborhood told us a lie to meet his last two quotas. This company customer service is horrible. They will try and tell you the treatment covers everything but they why offer separate treatment? I had a terrible experience with this company. the third neighbor was not the home owner but said they were in and out in 15 minutes. One person said webs were cleared off the porch but new ones returned the next day, another one said they didn't even show up. I talked to three neighbors, all but one had bad experiences. He said he would send the technician out when he was done with the current house. The next day ( today ) I saw the manager in the neighborhood and informed him. The email i recieved after the service only indicated the basic treatment was done ( wasps, spiders, ants) and nothing else. They only did the basic treatment and lied to my parents about performing flea and tick treatment which the guy assured me covered chiggers. The sales manager came to my door and gave us a deal, $200 off the basic treatment and threw in three freebies, flea and tick, aphids, and slugs and snail.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL OFFER FREE TREATMENTS AND 'SPECIAL' PRICE BUT NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS!!!
